June 1, 2007 - The throttle body adjusting ring, which was my first product, has been retired. The tooling required in order to be able to produce it on my newest equipment would be cost prohibitive based on recent demand. It had one helluva run though J

May 7, 2007 - Equipment addition. Replaced my manual milling machine with a 2007 Lagun CNC. Upgraded to a 20 hp phase converter in order to handle the increased power demand.

May 1, 2007 - Jim Von Baden's BMW R1200 Maintenance Video is now offered.

May 1, 2007 - The Universal cone has been reduced in diameter in order to keep it from interfering with some front axle seals and also to make it lighter while reducing material waste.

February 7, 2007 - Added a Spark Plug Cap Puller for the R1150 2 Spark and all R1200 models.

Dec 21, 2006 - Vespa scooter balancer added.

Dec 5, 2006 - "Compound Taper" cones introduced with the KTM. This sophisticated design allows one set of cones to work in applications that have a large variation in axle size between the front and rear wheels resulting in lower end-user cost. Previously two sets of cones were required. 

Dec 5, 2006 - KTM balancer added.

Nov 15, 2006 - BMW spark plug cap removal tool added.

Oct 10, 2006 - Released the first ever design update to the Universal cone. The taper length has been shortened slightly while the overall length and straight section has been increased. This was done in order to provide greater clamping area for machining. Having one of these come loose at 4,000 rpm is no fun!

Aug 1, 2006 - In order to make it easier for customers I can now take credit card orders over the phone. I'm not very good at typing while on the phone but I'm sure I'll get better at it as I get more practice.

July 15, 2006 - Released a new design rear wheel adapter for the late model BMW with lower pricing.

Apr 15, 2006 - Upgraded to an Aloris Indexable Toolpost to speed production.

Apr 3, 2006 - Harley-Davidson now shares a balancer with the ST1300.

Feb 24, 2006 - Combi cone set for Ducati, Triumph and VFR single-sided rear wheels added.

Feb 24, 2006 - Boss Hoss balancer added.

Feb 23, 2006 - Adapter to allow the CEMB C22 wheel balancer to mount the new BMW rear wheel added.

Jan 17, 2006 - Yamaha GTS 1000 balancer added.
